Simon Lynch is the Executive Chef of both El Cerdo Tsuen Wan and Wan Chai since 2016. 

With a passion for cooking at an early age, Simon started in his first professional kitchen at 16, quickly gaining his qualifications and moving through the ranks. After working all over the world and cooking different types of cuisines, Simon found home in Hong Kong, cooking Spanish food for locals and expats alike.

Since taking over El Cerdo in Tsuen Wan in 2016 and opening the Wan Chai branch in mid-2017, Simon hopes to continue his passion of cooking while helping the team grow for as long as possible.
